Instituciones de la Unión Europea

Los Estados miembros de la UE han creado instituciones comunes en las que delegan parte de su soberanía, con la intención de que se puedan tomar decisiones de forma democrática sobre asuntos de interés común, a escala europea/
The State members of the EU have created common institutions where they have soverany, with the intention of taking decisions in a democratic way about interesting topics and common interesting topics in a European scale.

Algunas de las instituciones de la Unión Europea, cada una con una función específica son/ Some if the institutions of the EU, each one with a specific function are:

·       Parlamento Europeo (es el órgano legislativo elegido por los ciudadanos de los Estados miembros)

The European Parliament (the legislative authority chosen by the inhabitants of the State Members)

·       Consejo de la Unión Europea (es el principal órgano de decisión junto con el Parlamento y representa a los Gobiernos de los Estados miembros)

Counceil of the EU (is the main authority in decision together with the Parliament and it represents the Governments of the State Members)

·       Comisión Europea (Órgano ejecutivo, responsable de elaborar nuevas propuestas legislativas)

·       Tribunal de Justicia (garantiza el cumplimiento de la ley de la misma manera en todos los países miembros)

Court of Justice (it guarantees the compliance of law in the same way in all countries of the EU).
